Getting tired of this winter stuff. Really looking forward to Spring AND for the boys to be in preschool! We're all going a little stir crazy and have MAJOR cabin fever. The weather was nice enough last week so we could get out but yet another fairly small storm is on it's way.
I'm fully aware that this has been a mild winter and that with Spring will come rain but at this moment in time I want it to end! I would be lying if I said I didn't care to be in LA, at the beach or at our favorite park or in our front yard at our old house. I miss it all. And just for today I would like to move back.
And with that I will say "Get off your pity pot Cassandra!" Again, there are so many reasons why we made this move. It's all paying off. And it gets a little bit easier everyday to be away from so many that we love and enjoy spending time with.
All I can say is that I'm doing all that I can and I'm trying to stay positive.
The boys have check-ups tomorrow. Looking forward to getting some information regarding speech therapy for Jeremy. And may possibly look into other preschools in other areas we are thinking of moving to in June if the preschool in town makes me wait any longer!
Hang in there! Spring will bowl you over with its intensity and beauty in that part of the country, and it's well worth the wait. I know how hard it can be being away from your people, but we're all somewhere cheering you on from afar. xoxox
