On the hunt...again!

May 31st is our deadline for moving out of this beautiful house we've called home for the last 4 months. We are crossing our fingers and praying we find a house and not an apartment. We realize we need more space than an apartment can give us AND we need a yard for the boys. The two we saw yesterday did not hit any of our main criteria. Problem here is there isn't many houses for rent unless we go 20 minutes or more.
There is one house that is for rent that is just right at our housing budget allotment. It's near the "beach" and is on a small hill. I'm hoping we can go and look at it and work something out with our manager here. She said she would do her best to help us get into something more permanent even if it meant breaking our 6 month lease.

We still have time but we are getting a little anxious. We are going to hate leaving this house but we can't stay!

In other news... since we aren't putting Jeremy into preschool/daycare and we may stay in town, I decided to email the director for the first preschool I contacted and toured. I really like this one and was bummed when it seemed like they weren't putting any effort into communicating with me. I received a response within an hour. I was very excited! She notified me of a new 3yr old room they are starting on April 2nd. I told her I would get her his paperwork by next Monday. He'll go 2 days a week for about 6 hours. That should be enough time for speech therapy for Jeremy and any other errands I need to do. Doing things with one kiddo is way easier than with two, dontchya think???
So all is well with the Indiana Church Clan, I'm happy to say. Now I just need to find some good fellowship at a good church and start making some friends!
